Delta had a Veterans day celebration on Friday
Always a great place to do business. Everyone is as always friendly.
Tug o’ war with a @delta jet. Love this airline!
Best aircraft maintenance facility in the world.
Largest Jet Engine test cell, in the world.
Where other airlines take their aircraft for professional maintenance.
Normally I love Delta but I had a scary encounter with a gate agent at PWM on Sunday June 25. The most unbelievably rude airport worker I have ever encountered, by a degree I can’t even explain. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such terrible service ever actually, in any setting. This guy, Bolivar something, is a serious reputation risk for Delta and might be harmful to passengers.
Delta has good customer service but planes are not well maintained I’ve seen dents and dings, missing screws flying today and the paint is peeling all over this aircraft like a 90s Craigslist car..... I still fly this safer than Russian aircraft. Delta customer service is great and flight crew is great.
One of the worst experiences in flying, Delta had to fly in a tire from Atlanta to Nassau Bahamas due to not having the tire on hand at the airport. Delta personnel didn't apologize, just confusing information and finally gave the passengers waiting for nearly 7hrs a $15 Food Voucher to use in Nassau. The voucher was given out near boarding once the tire was replaced. Poor communication and management from Delta on that day. Great Job by Nassau Bahamas Management team at the airport to accommodate. Be a long time to fly Delta unless I'm flying on their dime.
Needed to buy an aircraft part and I did, because they have a whole lot of aircraft parts! Nice people too.
